Endpoints

Endpoint List Overview

The Endpoints screen displays all SIP devices and soft phones in your customer’s Hosted PBX, showing:

• Description
• Manufacturer
• Model
• MAC Address
• Template

You can view, add, edit, and delete endpoints.

Creating a New Endpoint

1. Click the New Endpoint button.

2. On the Endpoint Detail screen, complete the fields at the top:

   Field	Details
   Description	User’s name or phone location description
   Manufacturer	Select from the dropdown
   Model	Select the specific model
   MAC Address	Enter the device’s MAC address
   Serial #	(Optional) Enter the device’s serial number
   License	(Optional) Enter licensing information

3. (Optional) Configure Line Keys now or later:

   • Tick Add Line Key configuration at a later time to defer.

   • Key 1 must be the extension peered to this device.

   • For each key:

     1. Choose Extension or BLF.
     2. Select the extension from the dropdown (unavailable extensions are grayed out).
     3. Enter a Label for the phone’s display.
     4. Click the + button to add more keys or the 🗑️ icon to delete.

4. In Endpoint Configuration File, select the Configuration Template (filtered by Manufacturer & Model).

5. Click Save.

Editing an Endpoint

1. Click the Edit link or the Description link for the desired endpoint.
2. Update any fields or Line Key configurations as described in Creating a New Endpoint.
3. Click Save to apply changes.

Deleting an Endpoint

1. Click the Delete link for the desired endpoint.
2. In the confirmation dialog, click Delete Endpoint.
