Call Blocking

Call Blocking lets you stop specific numbers—or all 900-prefix calls—from reaching or leaving the PBX.

Searching for a Blocked Number

1. Enter the full phone number in the Search box.

2. Click Search to display results.

3. Click × to clear the search.

Creating a New Call Block

1. Click New Call Block.

2. Enter the full telephone number (with area code).

3. Select Inbound or Outbound.

4. If Outbound, choose Busy or Play Message.

5. Optionally, add a comment.

6. Click Save.

Editing a Call Block

1. Click the phone number or View/Edit link.
2. Modify fields as needed.
3. Click Save.

Deleting a Call Block

1. Click the phone number or View/Edit link.
2. Click Delete.
