- Log in to the phone user interface by finding its IP address and opening it through a browser. Username is always left as default and password is always the provisioning password of the client account in the Coredial portal.
- Navigate to Settings>>Call Features >>Attended Transfer Mode in the webUI of the phone.
- The Transfer Mode option should be set to Dynamic to have both options present.
- Save your changes and Reboot the phone.
