Create a Ring Group

Use ring groups to distribute calls to multiple extensions simultaneously or in sequence.

1. Navigate to Services > Ring Groups and click New Ring Group.
2. Enter a Name and select Ring Strategy (Simultaneous or Sequential).
3. Add member Extensions to the group.
4. Choose the Fallback action if no one answers.
5. Click Save to create the ring group.
